Returns & Refunds

All products will be dispatched within three working days of our website accepting the order (unless stated otherwise).

We will provide a full refund or replacement (as stock permits) for any faulty or damaged equipment if it is returned to us unused and in its original packaging

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for coffee orders, since it is a fresh and a perishable product. However if a mistake has been made with your order please contact us.
