Red Star Roasters would like you to be satisfied with your purchase from Red Star Roasters webstore sales, so we have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from our webstore, for any reason, please contact us at admin@redstarcoffee.com.au for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date to: Red Star Roasters, unit 1/5 Rocklea Drive Port Melbourne VIC 3207.

  • Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
